Abstract

The prevalence of surgery in cases of appendicitis is one of the most common diseases in the world and is the most common disease affecting children and adults. Therefore, anaesthesiologists are often faced with perioperative measures in appendectomy patients. With the action of peri anaesthesia on preventing the increase in infection due to leucocytosis and adjusting the anaesthetic agent drugs given so that the operation given can be successful without adverse effects on the patient. In this case we describe the peri anaesthesia related to Appendicitis surgery with Laparotomy Appendectomy technique with the management of Leucocytosis and Bleeding in peri anaesthesia management.
