  • Reminder Notification of Extension for ICHBS 2024 Article Revision

    We would like to inform you that the committee has decided to extend the article revision period until November 24, 2024. Articles not revised by this deadline will not proceed to the Publication Stage.

    We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure that your article is published on time.

    Please ensure that you also upload the following requirements as requested by the editor:

    1. Ensure your article adheres to the provided template; double-check the layout, tables, images, font type, font size, etc.
    2. ⁠Carefully review the reviewers’ feedback. A response form has been provided for addressing or responding to the comments.
    3. Highlight the revised sections in yellow to assist the editor during the review of your corrections.
    4. Verify that your abstract is correctly written; refer to the attached title and abstract writing guide if necessary.
    5. Ensure your references are up to date and utilize a reference manager such as Mendeley.
    6. Sign the Publication Right Form.
    7. ⁠The maximum similarity rate allowed is 15%.
    8. ⁠Recheck Author Names, Emails, and Affiliations.
    9. Use a trusted proofreading service for grammar checks.

    Files to be uploaded:

    1.  ⁠Revised article (Word or Docx) with highlighted revisions, following the template.
    2. Proof of a plagiarism check showing a maximum similarity rate of 15% from Ithenticate or Turnitin (PDF).
    3. Signed Publication Right Form (PDF).
    4. ⁠Reviewer response form (PDF).

    Note: If any requirements are incomplete, you may upload them via the Discussion menu with the subject “Article Completion for ICHBS 2024.”

    Welcome to the 1st International Conference on Biology and Health Science (ICHBS) 2024. Thank you for your participation in this conference. Below is important information regarding Oral Presentations and Room Allocation.

    1. Schedule and Room
    The complete schedule and room allocation can be viewed at the following link:

    Each presenter is expected to be present according to the designated time and room. Please note that each presenter will have 10 minutes to present their research, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

    2. Room Allocation
    The presentation sessions will be divided into several parallel rooms based on research topics.

    3. Presenter Preparation
    All presenters are expected to arrive at their respective rooms 10 minutes before the session starts to ensure technical readiness. Audio-visual equipment and projectors are available in each room, and presentations will be in PowerPoint format.
